Effort equals reward

👉 Becoming a Nutrabaits Team Member 👈

We get 100’s of requests every month to join Team Nutrabaits, to be sponsored anglers, consultants, field testers etc. some even assuming all they need to do is send a message and receive free bait or field test Big Fish Mix and willing tag us in a post when catching 🙈🙈

Contrary to belief we don’t make millions in the fishing industry, we do work long hours for wages like yourselves, but love the industry we work. There’s no better job than one that combines work and a hobby you’re passionate about.

Some of the messages are embarrassing we receive so we thought it best to explain how best to be noticed and become a potential team member on any brand in fishing especially here at Nutrabaits.

We keep our team small compared to most brands, we know each and everyone of our team and have become friends, as often mentioned it’s like a second family. Supporting each other in our fishing journeys with many of our team meeting up for socials on a regular basis.

Below is a brief list of what will help get you noticed by any brand along with what will get you scrubbed from any potential list. Sending in one catch report won’t get you a place on any team, regularly sending in or sharing on our group page is where to start.

👍 First up is being active on social media.
👍 Being out on the bank on a regular basis is also essential.
👍 Sending in catch reports on a regular basis using our baits will get you noticed.
👍 Tagging Nutrabaits in your catch reports.
👍 Taking good photos is also essential.
👎 Tagging lots of companies in posts.
😡 Next up and a must, anyone posting racist, sexist, religious, political or comments on social media will NEVER be considered for our team and I’m assuming any self respecting brand.
👎 Anglers who change brands more often than changing underwear will not be considered at Nutrabaits. Take a look at our team, a large percentage being part of our team and users of our baits for well over 10 years, some over 20 years with several having been with us since our journey began back in 1986 😁

About richardhandel

I would like to give a brief snap shot of my life and introduce myself; My name is Richard Handel and was born in 1965 in Suffolk. I have worked as a UK Operation & Intermodule Manager for a shipping company. I live in Hampshire now and am married with 2 young children, both girls so I am a bit outnumbered even the cat is a girl! I have been fishing since I was about 7 years old. I started on small local rivers in Suffolk, then moved onto gravel pits and then carp fishing. My personal best is a 39.08 mirror, over recent years I have started river fishing again, on the Hampshire Avon, this is a nice break from the carp lakes. My life has turned a big corner this year, the company I was working for relocated their Operation centre to Estonia. I was offered a job at the head office in London. This would have meant a 5 day commute and working in Stratford. As a family, we did not fancy this, as I would hardly spend any time with the children (and the Mrs). So after 22.5 years, I was given a nice redundancy package and with my wife is working full time. I became the house husband. This has meant a complete turn around in my fishing, as I can pick and choose when I go. I have found a splendid new syndicate to fish this year, which includes 5 lakes and some 8 miles of river with only 150 members. It's an amazing change to the way I am able to fish. I am now trying to start my own tackle business and make a bit of a name for myself in the world of fishing, as I have retired from real work. Richard
