I am back on the inland sea in search of a monster carp, which hides in this 128 acre Hampshire gravel pit.
I am tucked away in one of the bays, where the fish are known to move along the deep tree lined margins. As the wildlife here is overwhelming, I have baits with groundbait and chopped dark boilies, in an attempt to disguise my baited areas and I am using dark hook baits.
Both rod’s are along the tree lined margins to the right and left of me, on quite clear spots as the weed have not started to grow very much this year.
The alarm was sounding and the night had passed me by.
Until next time
