All stocked up and ready for the coming winter. I’ll be using a blend of Trigga Ice, Co-De, and Big Fish Mix — a combination of boilies, solubles, and pellets — backed up by the new Boilie Bites range. As always, my go-to hookbaits will be the reliable White Blank Savers.
My original plan was to spend a few nights up in Suffolk with my oldest friend, Rob, but unfortunately, things didn’t quite line up. Instead, I’ve ended up with four nights on Airfield Lake. The conditions might not be in my favour, with heavy rain forecast, but I decided to set up today regardless. Getting the rods out early gives me an extra chance of nicking a carp or two.
