I have been testing out the Fishspy camera over the past few month and found it very useful in confirming features, including the presence of left over bait.
The best way of using the Fishspy (I have found) is using a lead or a conventional marker. Once you believe you have the perfect spot, clip up and then put the Fishspy on for a double check. You will be surprised at what you find, its not always what you think!
